A Voyage Of Hope!
This film was created by Time Out Group members.
A journey of discovery which emphasises the powerful connection members have with Time out Group.
The film was created in 2024 over nine months across three sessions.The story, animation, props and sound were all created by members. A big thanks go out to everyone involved, including the creative team, Matt, Elena and Jess!.

Great foodie Friday session, we made gingerbread cake and shortbread for our Monday makers session 7th July 11am-12md. We also played food related games called corners. All good fun.

What an amazing Bike session at Seashell Trust tonight. Lots of fun and laughter had by all. A huge Thank you to Cycling UK for joining us with a selection of their adaptive bikes and trikes. A great experience.

What a wonderful Monday makers session,a trip around our 3 Handforth Charity shops. To do some buying for recycling and up cycling. Members got some amazing things. Keep an eye open at our next Tog Shop 11-12md on Monday 7th July.

We are pleased to announce a new Time Out Group, Social Drama group for Macclesfield. We are initially piloting x5 sessions throughout August and September.
To kick this off . We have two information/sign up sessions at the Disability Information Bureau Macclesfield, on Thursday 31st July. Flyers for both attached. We cant wait to hear from you!

Great Monday makers session. Today members were working on projects for members to sell at the Hub shop, which is open every Monday 11am - 12md.
Our session finished with Keep fit to ABBA,which all members enjoyed.

Today we have been literally "BusyBees".Painting Bees followed by playing the bucket game, with questions all about Bees,very informative for the members and they learnt lots of facts about Bees.

.. 'Together Time' today was discussing types of healthy food and how food makes us feel. We played our version of hangman, called the disappearing food followed by colouring. We had a healthy lunch, desert and watered the garden. We finished by playing targets, if we missed we got a forfeit and for every go we had to say different healthy foods ..

Brilliant Commuity partnership meeting today led by Trafford, Stockport College group. We were included in thier presentation! It was a pleasure to meet Tom Morrison MP. Great conversations with lots of community partners including Stockport County. Lots of thoughts and ideas for collaboration. Watch this space.

.. 'Together Time' today was discussing the different types of exercise we liked and how they made us feel. We found the exercises, coloured, had a healthy lunch, cleaned the fish and watered our garden. We finished off by spelling our names to Debbie's Exercise Alphabet ..
